By purchasing or using any Ignition product, you agree to these terms. Ignition ("we," "us," "the desk") provides document drafting, checklists, and educational guidance for people forming and provisioning a U.S. LLC. We are not a law firm, a credit-services organization providing credit repair to consumers, a bank, or Dun & Bradstreet. We do not file anything with a government agency, bank, or vendor on your behalf.
Preview — $0. NAP consistency checker, an operating-agreement preview (first page and signature block, watermarked), EIN and bank-account orientation linking only to official government and bank resources, scam warnings, and the seven-email onboarding sequence.
Pre-flight Kit — $29 one-time. Everything in Preview, plus the full operating agreement draft, the locked NAP block, EIN and business-checking walkthroughs, and export/print of your company file. Refundable within 7 days if you have not downloaded the full operating agreement. After download, refunds are handled per chargeback law only.
Sprint Pass — $149 one-time. Everything in Pre-flight, plus the identity kit, a free-path D-U-N-S request packet, three paste-ready vendor applications, an order-and-pay script, a dated 30-day checklist, a day-20 written file review if nothing is approved, and the 30-Day Trade-Credit Guarantee described in Section 3.
Desk Review — $349 one-time (where offered). Same as Sprint Pass, except the day-20 review is scheduled on day 1 rather than requested as an emergency, and includes one 20-minute call.
This section applies only to customers who purchased the Sprint Pass and have not received a prior refund on the same LLC.
An open credit line means written vendor net-30 (or other invoice) terms in the legal name of the LLC, from one of the three Sprint vendors named in the product (or a substitute vendor we assign in writing if a named vendor stops granting new-entity terms). A customer login, a prepaid order, a "pay this invoice now and reapply later," a personal-guarantee card, a consumer credit card, or a line that appears only on a credit bureau later do not count. Trade terms from the vendor count even if Dun & Bradstreet has not yet posted them.
The 30-day clock starts on the calendar date the LLC's business checking account is opened, provided pre-flight is complete that same day or earlier: (a) EIN issued in the LLC's exact legal name, and (b) the checking account is in that same legal name. If pre-flight is finished after the account exists, the clock starts the day pre-flight is marked complete in the desk.
To keep the guarantee, you must, by the desk deadlines (48-hour grace):
Missing a deadline by more than 48 hours, changing the NAP mid-sprint, or submitting a personal Social Security number on a vendor form after the desk instructed you not to, voids the guarantee. The rest of the software still works. The refund does not.
Email help@ignitiondesk.biz with the Proof Pack. Within two business days we return (a) a written note on the file and (b) one revised application packet. That is the entire day-20 intervention. We do not call vendors as you, we do not log into your accounts, and we do not file with the IRS, a bank, or D&B as you.

No Proof Pack, no refund. Fabricated completions are a breach of acceptable use.
If Sections 3.2–3.5 are satisfied and day 30 passes with no open credit line as defined in Section 3.1, email help@ignitiondesk.biz within 14 days after day 30. We refund the Sprint Pass fee in full within 10 business days to the original payment method. Pre-flight Kit fees are not covered by this guarantee.
It is not a promise by any vendor, bank, or bureau. It is not a guarantee of a loan, a credit score, a Paydex, a funding amount, a D-U-N-S issuance date, or the date a bureau posts a tradeline. Anyone who guarantees a bank approval is selling something we refuse to sell.
The guarantee does not apply if the LLC is not a U.S. entity; if the address on the applications is a location the vendor rejects as non-deliverable and you declined a deliverable alternative; if you applied for consumer credit in a principal's name instead of trade terms in the LLC name; or if a named Sprint vendor has publicly stopped new-entity net-30 accounts and we assigned a substitute in writing which you did not submit.
Marketing summary (matches Section 3 exactly): If you complete the dated checklist on time — including the free DUNS request by day 4 and the three vendor applications — and the LLC has no written vendor net-30 terms in its own name 30 days after the business checking account opens, we refund $149. Prepaid orders and bureau posting dates do not count as the line. Day-20 help is a written file review, not a phone call to the vendor.
Preview is free; there is nothing to refund. Pre-flight Kit is refundable within 7 days if the full operating agreement has not been downloaded. Sprint Pass refunds outside the 30-Day Trade-Credit Guarantee are handled case by case and are not guaranteed.
Documents and checklists are for your own LLC. Do not submit false information on a government filing, a bank application, or a vendor credit application. Do not misrepresent completed steps to obtain a refund or a day-20 review. Do not use paid "credit privacy number" (CPN) products, seasoned-tradeline services, or paid DUNS-acceleration services in connection with a guarantee claim — these void the guarantee under Section 3.3.

We provide document drafts and process guidance; you are responsible for reviewing and filing them correctly, and for the accuracy of information you submit to the state, the IRS, your bank, D&B, and any vendor. Approval decisions belong entirely to those third parties.
