For a brand-new U.S. LLC

Business credit, 30 days after your bank account opens. Or your money back.

Pre-flight first — EIN and business checking, documents drafted for you. When the account opens, the clock starts. You run the official steps. The desk runs the paperwork the day it's due. If you hit every deadline and the LLC still has no vendor net-30 line by day 30, you get 100% of the Sprint Pass back.

The sprint

Three stages. One clock. Nothing decided by day 20 gets ignored.

The names and forms are the product — this is the shape of the work, not the paperwork itself.

STAGE 1

Pre-flight · No clock yet

NAP locked. Operating agreement drafted. EIN and business checking on official sites. The desk drafts, you sign. The 30 days don't start until the account is open.

STAGE 2 · DAYS 1–13

Identity, then vendors

Business phone. Public listing. Free DUNS request on the official site. Then three applications to vendors that still report trade — named only after you unlock the Sprint Pass.

STAGE 3 · DAYS 14–30

Terms, not theater

Small orders from the LLC account. Invoices paid same day. First line confirmed. Day-30 audit against the guarantee.

The guarantee — the version that can survive a chargeback

What we guarantee, exactly

What's covered

Complete pre-flight. Open the LLC checking account. Submit the free DUNS request by day 4. File the three Sprint vendor applications on the days they're due. If you do every required step on time and the LLC still has no open vendor net-30 account in its own name by day 30, email us within 14 days. We refund the Sprint Pass in full.

Net-30 terms count. That's trade credit: a supplier shipping on the company's promise to pay.

Nothing decided by day 20? Send the file. We return a written review and one revised packet, included.

What this is not

Nobody can honestly guarantee a bank loan, a Paydex number, or the day Dun & Bradstreet publishes a file. Banks and bureaus decide those. Anyone selling "guaranteed bank approval" is running the scam this desk exists to keep you out of.

The guarantee is a refund on the Sprint Pass. It is not a promise from any vendor, a bank, or D&B.

What we refuse to sell you

Paid EIN "filing"

The IRS issues EINs to new LLCs at no charge on IRS.gov. If a site is charging to type your legal name into that form, you're paying for a printout of a free page.

"Faster DUNS" resellers

The D-U-N-S request on dnb.com is free. Paid resellers sell speed and formatting — and a second, messier identity next to the one you're trying to keep consistent.

Seasoned tradelines & CPNs

We don't sell seasoned lines, CPNs, or guaranteed bank approvals. Anyone who promises those is selling the exact scam this desk exists to keep you out of.
